Barrel Racing Barrels from Seventeenflat Now Available in Canada
Canadian Barrel Racers look no farther! Giddyup Western Wear is the official Canadian Distributor of Seventeenflat Collapsible Barrel Racing Barrels.
Seventeenflat barrel racing barrels are the safest way for you and your horse to achieve your best times without the wear and tear on your bodies that regular barrels cause.
These racing barrels are lightweight, but are made of tough fabric that will stand up to the constant wear and tear that barrel racing inflicts. What other benefits does “lightweight” mean for you? First of all, think of how many times you came out of a practice session with sore knees. Fabric barrels are easy on the knees because they move when you hit them. How many times has your horse been reluctant to turn after knocking over a barrel and scaring the crap out of herself? Brushing a lightweight barrel will no longer be a traumatic event and even the shyest horse will no longer be intimidated by the barrels. Do you travel with your horse? You can scrunch these barrels up and take them with you and practice wherever you are. Got kids? Even children can set these barrels up and walk off with the whole set, because these barrels, all three of them, weigh less than 18lbs.
These racing barrels are easy to transport and store. Each set of three barrels comes with a zippered nylon storage bag with handles for carrying, a shoulder strap and even an extra zippered compartment for storage. You can take them to a practice session anywhere and store them in the tack room of your trailer, or behind the seat of your truck.
These barrel racing barrels are tough and durable. The fabric is thicker than other pop-up barrels and the pop-up wire is stronger. The bottom is heavy-duty and reinforced with hard-wearing nylon stitching. Altogether a quality designed product built to last.
These racing barrels are safe. Fabric and wire barrels collapse and spring back when they’re in a collision. No danger of your horse falling, the barrel will move out of the way. The mesh top allows you to adjust the bottom weight of the barrels by placing more or less weight in the barrel. This eliminates the pain and fear from hitting the barrels. The barrel immediately springs back to an upright position allowing you to properly correct the horse or finish the pattern without hindering yourself, or other riders. With a novice horse, use less weight until she learns to turn the barrel without turning wide for fear of hitting the barrel. On windy days, use more weight in the barrel to produce stability
